Mohan is a popular Kollywood actor. His actual name is Mohan Rao hailing from Udupi district of Karnataka. He derived his name Kokila Mohan by acting in film called Kokila. Mohan is a Popular Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada actor. Mohan is one of the top actors in the history of the Indian Cinema.
Mohan was Called, in the industry as the ‘silver jubilee hero’ in 1980s for almost all movies featuring the actor witnessed a fantastic run then, Mohan disappeared from the filmdom following a series of flops.
He took a new avatar as the producer of tele-serials and managed successfully to come out with a serial in a prominent Tamil satellite channel. How ever, Mohan portrayed negative characters in the movies “Vidi, Nooravathu Nal, Nan ungal rasigan and December pookal”… and those films were super hits as well.
